Recall agent

It writes the message. A person still decides to send it.

Tox comes back around three to five months, filler nine to thirteen, laser and skin on their own windows. The agent finds who is due, drafts each one a short text, and puts it in a queue for approval.

Representation of the recall queue screen.

The queue

Patient, treatment, how long since the last visit, spend band and the message. Approve it, edit the wording, or reject it.

  • Only patients who opted in to texts and marketing are considered.
  • One waiting draft per patient per treatment type — never a pile.
  • Approving needs the approve permission; viewing needs recall access.
  • Replies come back automatically and mark the message replied.
  • Attach the visit a message brought back and its value lands in the figure at the top.

What never leaves the building

The model sees a treatment type, days elapsed and a spend band. That is all.

Names joined in last
Names and numbers are put into the message in the browser, after the draft comes back.
Identifiers refused
A brief carrying a patient detail is refused outright and the refusal is recorded.
Checked two ways
By field name and by value pattern, so a stray phone number does not slip through.
No message text logged
The usage log holds counts, timing and outcome only — no wording, no patient.
A daily ceiling
Each organisation has a cap on calls per day, and the log cannot be edited or deleted.
Merged records skipped
A record merged into another is never messaged.
