One patient record

From booking through treatment and return visit.

One set of books

Every payment, product cost and correction stays connected.

Every location

Rooms, clinicians, stock and standards in one operating view.

Know what is happening before it becomes a problem

Most practice software records the day. MedSpa OS helps your team run it—with clinical guardrails and financial clarity built into the work.

Protect the standard of care

Your rules appear inside the chart while there is still time to act. If an exam, consent, licence or product check is wrong, the note cannot be signed until your team resolves it or an authorized leader records a waiver.

Explore clinical guardrails

See the real margin

Every unit used is tied to a real lot and cost. Owners can see treatment margin at checkout, understand waste and discounts, and close the day from books that already balance.

One connected day, from first booking to final close

  1. Morning

The day view shows a column per clinician in that location's own time, with hours nobody works shaded and rooms enforced by the database.

  2. In the room

The injector opens the chart from the appointment, records sites, product, lot, units and depth, then takes before and after photos.

  3. Signing

Rules run while the note is open. A blocking finding refuses the signature; a signed note is locked and can only be amended.

  4. Check out

The treatment is already on the ticket. Split the payment, take the tax, and see the margin as it rings.

  5. Close

Sales, refunds, discounts, tax, product used, fees and margin kept — with a plain check that the books balance.

  6. After

The recall agent drafts a message to patients due back, and you approve the wording before anything goes out.

The quiet controls owners should never have to chase

Access, records and financial history are protected underneath the interface, not left to staff habit.

Separated by organisation
Every table carries the organisation and enforces access on every read and write.
No patient data in transit
No identifier ever reaches an address bar, a log line or an error message.
Append-only books
A ledger entry cannot be edited or deleted, and every group must sum to zero.
Immutable signed notes
A signed chart note can only be amended; the original stays exactly as signed.
Photos behind expiring links
Media sits in a private store and is served only through short-lived signed links.
Audited by field
Every change records who, what and which fields — never the values.
