The note
Dense fields, big targets, no hunting. The template decides what has to be filled before it can be signed.
- Injection sites with product, lot, units, depth and technique.
- Before and after photos, with the angle and phase chosen first.
- Signing refuses when a required field is blank or an injectable note has no sites.
- A signed note is locked — the only way forward is an amendment on a fresh draft.
- The original stays exactly as it was signed, for good.
Consents and photos
- Consents signed and withdrawn
- Captured on the patient record with the template version it was signed against.
- Marketing clearance
- A photo can be cleared for marketing only while a current signed marketing consent exists.
- Private media
- Photos never touch a public URL. Uploads go to a one-time signed target.
- Links that expire
- Viewing uses a signed link valid for five minutes, issued by a role-checking server function.
- Good faith exams
- Recorded from the alerts strip on the patient record and read by the compliance rules.
- Audited by field
- Every save records who and which fields — never the values.
